We have negotiated a limited number of rooms at a special rate for participants if you would like to stay at the hotel during the Symposium. For reservations call Ala Moana Hotel by Wednesday, October 6, 2010 and ask for group name “DSEAFOOD” to get the $129/night++ rate on the Waikiki Tower, Mountain/City view room. Parking will be available for hotel guests at $15/day self-parking or $20/day valet.
Please note that 72 hours advance notice of any cancellation or changes in your travel plans are required or a penalty charge of one night’s room rent will be assessed to you. Please notify the hotel of these changes.
Self-parking for Symposium participants will be available at $2.00 per car with validation on the Coral level (without in and out privileges).
Driving Directions from Nearest Airport
Honolulu International Airport to Ala Moana Hotel via Nimitz Highway:
• From airport arrival terminal exit toward Waikiki/Honolulu.
• Go east on Nimitz Highway for 7 miles. Nimitz Highway becomes Ala Moana Blvd.
• Pass Ala Moana Shopping Center on the left and Ala Moana Beach Park on the right.
• Turn left on Atkinson Drive.
• Ala Moana Hotel is on the left, immediately after the first traffic light.
